Hello, my name is Phil and I am the Sub Camp Leader of Deep Space. My first in charge of a Sub Camp. I have been a Cub Scout Leader for 16 years within the North West Norfolk District.
This is my fourth involvement in NORJAM. In 2006 and 2003 I was a Deputy Sub Camp Leader; both were hard work but I enjoyed them immensely and in 1999 I was a staff member on Fantasy Island Sub-Camp.
My team of 24 staff are a mixture of experienced Norjamers and first timers. However I know that this team will give the young people and their Leaders a great experience and one to remember.
Our aim is to provide Scouts and Guides with a camp where they can safely take part in challenging, stimulating and thought-provoking activities. We will work together as a Sub-Camp team to provide the young people and their Leaders with a memorable week of Scouting and Guiding. We will do our best to ensure our Sub-Camp is a FUN and SAFE place to be for all.
